Terms & Conditions:

1. Goods returned should have the marking sticker from our company. Parts Without the marking sticker won’t be accepted for return
2. Reason for return must be filled in the form selected from the Index on this form.
3. Any products supplied by Propel Auto Parts Pte Ltd that are returned and have been altered or damaged will not be accepted for return or credit.
4. Customer will be liable for any delivery or pick up charges that has been incorrectly ordered, or for goods no longer required.
5. Issuing Credit or part exchanged will depend on the Sales department only after receiving the returned item from the customer.
6. Parts returned without the Return Approval form will not be accepted.
